FormPack is used to produce attractive cardboard packaging with an almost freely selectable outer contour. The product presentation is given an outstanding and individual shape. Two separate slip-on parts ensure high stability and easy handling. Formpack packaging is food-safe, can be processed using printing and finishing methods and is versatile. Confectionery, food, cosmetics, jewelry, toys, technical devices or gifts stand out clearly from the competition on the shelf.

The base and lid each consist of two or three individual parts glued together and are manufactured in parallel. Bonding is carried out inline using a hot melt spraying process. A tool set is required for each box contour, which can be designed and manufactured in our factory. The entire system works fully automatically and the blank storage units are designed for one-hour autonomous operation.
